Política de reembolso
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your products are custom-made just for you and we take extra care to give you the best items possible. However, if there is an error with your order (wrong item or size shipped), or if the product is defective/damaged, you may initiate the return process within 15 days of receiving your order. The product must be unworn/unused and unwashed for it to be returnable.
When it's our fault, we won't ask you to ship the product back. We will just ship you the correct one.
Order Cancellation
In case you want to cancel your order for any reason, just contact us within 6 hours of your order placement and we will not proceed with your order. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
You can also let us know within 6 hours in case you want to make any changes to your order. It could be choosing a different size or choosing a different product or any other change.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel or make any changes to your order AFTER 6 hours of your order placement.

Return Process
To initiate the return, send an email to contact@coolgymstuff.com with your order number (on your invoice). If possible, please include a photo of the defect (if applicable).
if your item is defective and it is determined as an error on our production part, we usually offer a full refund or free reshipment of the item, without asking for the defective item back.
The same would be the case of a wrong item or wrong size, but these cases happen even more rarely, but still, we would not ask you for the item to be sent back. We will refund you or send you the correct item, as the case may be.
If there is a damage during transit, you would be given a Pre-paid return label to return the item back to use.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Size issues
Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. It is advised to carefully go through the Size Guide included in the product description to help in ordering the right size.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
