All PRODUCTS EXCEPT SUPPLEMENTS:
Estimated Delivery time to the USA: 5-12 days (excluding Sundays)
Estimated Delivery time to other countries: 7-12 days (excluding Sundays)

At present, we ship our Supplements only to the USA.

Important note for international customers: You may be charged import duties and taxes designated by your country. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about these fees. Please check with your local postal agency before placing your order.
Extended Delays: Sometimes there can be a delay in delivery of your order due to custom checks and other reasons beyond our control. if you haven't received your order after 30 days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@coolgymstuff.com. We would do our best to resolve the situation.
Non-Delivery of the items: The item will be considered as non-delivered if it is stuck in transit after 45 days of placing an order. In this unfortunate event, we will REFUND your entire order amount.
Tracking: Please be advised that a tracking number will be provided to you as soon as your order is dispatched from our facility. This will enable you to monitor the progress of your delivery with ease.
Kindly note that once the item is in the hands of the local delivery service, it becomes the customer's responsibility to coordinate and ensure a smooth delivery process. We recommend keeping a close eye on the tracking information for real-time updates and contact the local delivery team if needed.
IMPORTANT: We won't be able to issue refunds for Shipment delays or Non-delivery of items due to incorrect address entered by the customer or refusal to accept the package at the time of delivery. Kindly verify the address entered at the time of checkout. Or contact us with in 6 hours of placing an order if address needs to be changed.
